Returns & Refund Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. In case you’re not happy with any products you have purchased, you can simply return the item(s) and we’ll refund your money.


You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 5-day window.

Please note that currently, we don’t offer pickup services for any returns of products. Hence, if you wish to return a product, you will have to self-ship the product to our address.

How to return product/s

  1. A return request should be placed with us within 5 days from the day of delivery via an email to us at [email protected] along with the order receipt.
  2. In the return request, you need to inform us why you are returning the product/s and if you want a refund or replacement for the product/s.
  3. Upon the confirmation of the return request, you will need to ship the product/s.
  4. Product/s should be in their original condition.
  5. Product/s should be in their original packaging.
  6. Product/s should reach us within 15 days from the day of delivery.


We can only provide you with a refund if we receive the products in their original condition. Hence, we recommend that you use a registered delivery service that includes insurance for your returns.

Defective or incorrect product/s

If in case you receive defective, damaged or incorrect product/s, you will need to place a replacement request by sending us an email at [email protected] with a picture of the product/s. You can request for a replacement of the product/s or a refund. If you want a replacement, we will ship it within 5 working days from the day we receive your request. If you want a refund, the amount of the defective/damaged/incorrect product/s will be refunded back to you within 7 business days.


In case you cancel the order before the book has been shipped, we will refund the full order value within 7 business days.


We’ll make the refund to the card that was used to pay for the original order.
