An anthology of collected poems and musings exploring the themes of childhood, love, trauma, mental illness, politics and sociopolitical turmoil as well as its criticism, the ordeal of being human, the love for art and hope; all divided into sections bound together with an underlying nostalgic longing for the unknown. The author’s first attempt at formal publication and in her words : An ode to all the things unsaid. An ode to all the things worth cutting up and making space in the heart for. An ode to all the things lost and all those that were never mine in the first place. An ode to all the things that stir rage in my heart. An ode to all that makes me what I am. An ode to all the hope that refuses to die. And most of all, an ode to the poet I failed to be.
