Mirror Confessions’ is a set of poems conveying the feelings which were never voiced. They live in the glass walls of the mirror which were once imagined to be the person itself. A story that was narrated only to one silent listener, the mirror. This book captures the tangled feelings of being in love and staying friends. It encloses every thought which has gone through the overthinking process. The emotions like anger, love, jealousy, helplessness and friendship bounds its pages. An emotional rollercoaster of realizing, accepting and finally admitting those feelings. The 33rd poem especially, is in the form of a narrative. It narrates a special story of love which is close to my heart.
