This is my first book. Just like the title of this book “Intezaar”, I too had to wait a long time to bring this book to you. Some of my favourite writers are “Manav Kaul”, whose writing has influenced me a lot. Only after reading all his writings did I get to know about other writers, like “Vinod Kumar Shukla”, whom I am reading these days. And I have also written a poem for these two writers, “Padosi”, which you will find in this book. There are other writers too, like Kafka, Dostoevsky, Nirmal Verma, Dushyant Singh, Divya Prakash Doobe, whose influence you will clearly see in my writings.
