Description
“Flaws in Falling” is an elaborate play of events that occurred at the end of my teenage, as directed by the Fates, cloaked in as a collection of poetry.
It represents most of the teens and young adults through the themes that it explores: love, heartbreak, feeling inadequate, undeserving, replaceable and hopeless at certain time periods of our lives
It also dives into interpretations of mental health and their impact on young adults, weaving through the exhausts of depression, eating disorders and self-harm. Deemed forbidden among the society, mental health has always been pushed to a corner of taboo. Some of the pieces portray the vulnerabilities faced by me, hoping to bring awareness to seek help from a friend, family or the services available in aiding for the same, without any embarrassment as such.
