The author wants you to believe that scars are beautiful and deserves to be noticed and appreciated.

Even the moon has scars right? She never chose to hide them but embraced it. The scars heal no better while being hidden.

They’re scars for a reason, they don’t hurt anymore but they’re there to remind you of all the things you lived through. The moments that almost killed you and ones that made you who you are today.

The scars gives us a value to our existence.

The author wants us to embrace, accept and celebrate these scars together.
