Description

The book is a series of three books, based on the backdrop of magnificient palaces and gardens, Buttingsmore was once a place appreciated by all now a place where people live with barren dreams and dead hope. Devastuti, the queen of the city yet had no real power was when left with no other choice, picked up weaponry and instead of waiting for her knight in the shining armour, she became one herself!

She first started this just to get her son back from the clutches of the high powers but with each passing day, she gets deeper into knowing the hard lives of others as well and that would set the stage for her to break the cycle of evilness.

People either wait for a hero to save them or else they become one, Devastuti was the latter one. As the story proceeds, she meets many great houses who were tormented by the high powers over the years. Together they could be one strong force but the high powers have strong support from Rawyth, Devastuti’s brother’s kingdom.
