Description
Poetry, in its simplest form, is the expression of life, the emotions that breath and the words that live, all in silence. Each and everyone of us is a poetry within. Some open to be read like the yonder sky, some are secrets as deep as the the ocean and some anonymous of the melody within them. But we all have that touch of poetry within us.
Meraki: The Touch of Poetry celebrates the poetry within us in form of moments, memories, dreams, the different phases we undergo and the lessons. This book is a collection of poems, sonnets and free verses about despair, agony, bitter phases of loneliness, the silent suffering of not fitting into standards; and then the scary yet peaceful phase of healing, the bemusing lessons of self love, growing out of things that weigh us down and about bits of love.
