Description

“Truly embodied the state of the world and where we’re headed.”

Gubara ji has become India’s first balloon prime minister. JiyoSaans is privatizing clean air in Delhi. A woman is so madly in love with her phone company, she’s fighting a legal battle to marry it. In village after village, words are being robbed of their meanings, causing an epidemic of silence. Amidst all this, the sea levels are rising and everyone’s favorite city may be on the verge of drowning. These are the stories from the end of the world.

“I’ve never had so much fun reading something so grim.”
