The Writer’s Pocket Writing Challenge is here to help you get your creative juices flowing and become a published author. As soon as you sign up, we will provide you with a list of 50 different prompts and a deadline of 45 days. You only have to write a minimum of 30 pieces of content and submit them to us for publishing as your own book. 

 

We know that creativity comes in many forms. Hence, your book can be in any language and there is no maximum limit to the number of write-ups you can include. You can also choose the format of the content from poetry, quotes, short stories, musings, letters, etc.

Sign up for the challenge by paying a one-time fee of Rs. 1,999 and receive a list of 50 relatable topics to choose from.

Write your book

Write a minimum of 30 pieces of content and no maximum limit, so you can write as many write-ups as you wish.

Sign the publication agreement

Once you complete the challenge, we will share a book publication agreement to sign and proceed with publication.

Submit your manuscript

You can submit your manuscript along with all the other required details so we can start working on it.

Publish and launch your book

We will format, design the cover, apply for ISBN, print and publish your paperback book on Amazon.in, Flipkart and Kindle (eBook).

What happens after I complete the challenge?

  • Once you complete the Writing Challenge and you are ready with the manuscript of your book, we will send a publication agreement for your book.
  • After signing the agreement, you can submit your manuscript to us for publication.
  • We will format the book’s interior and share it with you for review once.
  • We will assign a designer to you who will design your book’s cover to best reflect your book’s content.
  • We will apply for an ISBN for your book.
  • We will publish and launch your book on e-commerce platforms within 30 days.
  • We will provide you with 2 complimentary author copies. You can purchase more at the production cost.
  • You will receive sales reports and royalty payouts every month.

This is a one-time fee for the Writing Challenge as well as for publishing your book. You won’t be asked for any additional fees unless you decide to opt for our add-on services.

You can write in any language but the language has to be the same throughout the book.

We offer additional services like hardcover printing, illustrations, custom formatting, editing, proofreading, book reviews, global distribution and some others. Please contact us on 8200 377 328 for more information on this.

No, you can opt for add-on services after submitting your manuscript as well.

You will have the copyrights of your book and we will have the publishing rights to the book.

We can offer you an extension of time if you are unable to complete the required amount of writeups by the deadline. However, the amount of Rs. 1,999 is non-refundable.

No, the topics are given just to help you in the writing process and you don’t have to write on all of them. You can also use the same topics from the list more than once if required and you can also use any other topic.

There is no maximum limit, you can write as much as you wish to.

We review all the manuscripts that we receive. Your book should not target, insult, discriminate or spread hate against any particular caste, creed, community, religion or gender. Your book should also not contain any plagiarised content. As long as your book meets these requirements, we will publish it.

We will do basic marketing to help increase the visibility of your book on e-commerce platforms.

Yes, if you write any other book or if you already have any other book you have written, you will be able to publish it with us at a 50% discount by paying only the processing fee for the book publication agreement.
